About Us
All Shook Up! strives to bring you the tastiest menu items while keeping in mind that “you are what you eat” is more than just a cliché.
We believe you can have great tasting food and still be good to your body. That’s why we bring you antibiotic and hormone-free meats, grass fed cheeses (many from Sprout Creek Farm right here in Dutchess County) and we proudly support local farms whenever possible. We use local and/or organic produce…mmm, taste the difference.
We serve our sandwiches on sprouted grain breads or wraps to bring you the lowest glycemic index, making it Diabetic friendly and we have gluten-free tortillas available, as well.
You must try one of our real fruit smoothies made with all of the fruit and no added sugars; we use only agave nectar to sweeten when necessary. And if you think you don’t like vegetables, let us juice them for you. You’ll be amazed at how refreshing it can taste!
